If i delid it will it be worth it ? and can i leave it without glueing it back together just to be free ?

you need to reconnect the two parts. and it will for sure drop temps by at least 10C

If you're getting too high of temps on it, then you should be delidding. Techinically, you don't have to glue it since, when you put it back in the socket, the cooler should have enough force to hold it down. Make sure its lined up
