  5. The 30% forces them to bin their chip. It’s why they make it more expensive. Because they have to fulfill that 30% in like a 9900k, it’s almost impossible. (30% from base clock, so it’s like 4.0*1.3=5.2ghz. Not 5.0*1.3, as 6.5ghz is impossible. Sorry.

  9. It could be performing some sort of electrickery as in where its doing something internally to make it be able to live up to the 1200W name without ever really reaching 1200W.

  13. yeah. how much do you wanna do gpu based? that will determine it. I only went 2080/vega 7 for longevity. and if you ever do game, its more future proof than other ones.
