has the cpu been going at 90 degrees for the whole year or is it a recent issuse

possible problems:

pump not working

bad thermal paste application

you have some setting that is telling the fans not to spin up very high

If you can feel the tubes on the AIO (assuming its an AIO) vibrating its working, if it is, definitely try another application of thermal paste and remount the cooler.

go see if the pump is working

then if it isnt go reapply the thermal paste and see if that fixes your issue

What motherboard? What frequency and voltage?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

1.55 volts is insanely high! Are you running it at like 5.5 GHz? You need to drop the voltage.

@fasauceome is right. 1.55 is way too high of a voltage, you need to lower it.
