Cheap monitor?

Hello! 

 

I'm looking for a new montior, but I don't knao any cheap one. 

My budget is around 120 eur and I would like it to have a bit higher refresh rate than 60hz, as for the hz 1080p would be ideal.

what country exactly so i know what prices i need exactly, as not all countries in the EU have the same prices.
