I think a lot of you dont care because you're to young to drive. I ride my motorbike with an action camera on the helmet and you wouldnt believe the kind of driving I've filmed, at least twice a week I have to take evasive action to avoid being hit off and possibly killed by someone because they are going to fast, on their mobile phone or are just mentally challenged.

Sadly this kind of behaviour is almost prevalent here in my country. Those people are stupid enough to put their life at risk by pulling out of a junction at the very last minute, all just for a few seconds worth of not having to stop and wait for a car to pass by. And sometimes they take their own sweet time to pull out and forced the incoming car to stop and give them way. Never have I ever abused my car's horn in ways I did when being in this kind of situation.

Actually, there was this mental kid that was driving like a dick, and he slammed on his brakes and caused an accident. My dad ended up having the back end of a Dodge Ram on the hoot, and if it wasn't for the pushbar on the front of it, the Ram and our car would have been toast, probably. Then a cop came and while he was talking to my dad and the Ram guy, the kid ran up and slugged the cop, knocking him to the ground. Then my dad threw this kid to the ground and knocked him out cold.

 

I'm sorry, but mentally disabled people shouldn't be allowed to drive.

Mentally disabled is a broad term, it depends what'd wrong with them. And if they are really bad they aren't allowed to drive.

Brad? And I know it's kind of a derogatory word and all that, but it's the first I thought of. This kid could drive with his mom right next to him, but he decided he would leave without her.

 

EDIT: This kid couldn't drive on freeways or interstate roads, either.

in my country, they are trying to force laws to have autistic and people with adhd get a special license and get rechecked every year.
