Just a little one. or even as a reply...

eg:

"This topic has been moved to [insert destination here] - Reason: you're a dumb ass and put it in the wrong place - Cheers, The Mods"

most mods post saying this topics was moved 

or from what i have seen 

i guess i would only be able to notice when they actually do say something

If you have notifs turned on and you frequently check in on your posts you will know it has been moved to another forum.

I agree, but unfortunately it's not something that we can implement without a lot of work.
