Doesn't matter. They probably even use the same panel. You also would not notice a difference between 1ms or 5ms response time. 

 

-> take the one that looks better to you.

Most Panels are made from LG, so as @FloRolf said,there won't be much difference. I would still pick the BenQ monitor because I had only good experience with their monitors.

You sure you need 240hz monitor? How about trading some hertz for an IPS panel

There is a 165Hz Asus G-Sync 1440p monitor but as the spec I just shown cost AF. The TN panel on the D27 and D24 are surprisingly very good however
