Quote people next time so they can see that you've replied. In your BIOS settings, are you running your fans at 100% speed?

HOW?!?! i honestly do not see how it is that loud unless you shoved the DB meter inside the case with every fan cranked and are running server style fans...

You haven't really given a whole lot of info here..

is that while Idle?
Is that while playing?
Is that while rendering?
What cooler do you have?
What CPU??? do you have if not the one on your profile?

The list goes on, give info if you want help :D

First identify which components are too noisy.

What are your specs? Have you tried lowering your fans speeds? You can alternatively use your hands to stop fans to see if they're the source of the noise.

Moved to Troubleshooting.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

During idle, playing and rendering, it is the same at 65 decibels. I have the stock fans for the Corsair Carbide Spec-02, 2 AF120 quiet editions, 1 SP120, cooler master Hyper 212 Evo, and a GTX 1050.

How are you measuring that reading? None of your fans can go that high on decibel scale. Actually nothing inside consumer grade PC will go over maybe 45-50db.

Have you checked which components make most noise? Probably not Evo nor 1050. Though those are the easy ones to get quieter.

How are your temps? If everything is at a constant 95c the fans running loud isnt surprising. Also, you plugged them into the motherboard and not directly into the PSU, right?

As others said, Check temps of your components. You also gotta find which fan is being so loud.

Remove the graphics card and run on onboard graphics if it has one.
Check MSI afterburner for their speed if you dont have onboard grahpics.

Remove all case fans and boot. then add 1 by one till you find what is loud.

If there are high temps somewhere that are causing it, try find out what hte problem is.
Every fan you described there should be quite reasonable.

May also need to check your bios because I did the same mistake previously where I accidentally switched all fans to full speed :D
If the fans are louder than a very audible fan, I'd say you may just have a faulty fan there with bad bearings.
