What is the best free video editor?

I've been looking for a free video editor that can do video sharpening, color correction and more but I haven't had much luck I was wondering if any one else knew about one. (Also it has to be windows 10 compatible). Thanks :-)

No

Then how is it free? How are they monetizing the program?

The Free version has certain limits, like slower or reduced capabilities of noise reduction or usage of multi core CPUs and multi-GPU setups.  They make money off their hardware, software isn't their main game.

They are using the software to sell their hardware. Potential customers are already familiar with their software...

Also the free version is missing features like denoising.

Some of the stuff you don't get in the free version of Resolve itself you can get in some free OpenOFX I found. Like Lens Distortion, Sharpen,  Film grain/add noise if you need that. Some features isn't tho.
