How To not end up in jail ( dark web) browsing help?

tbh i know i shouldn't be doing this something is telling me not to ... BUT i want to so i really have to ask how the hell do i ACTUALLY not fuk up on here? for what im most scared of .. is ending up bloody accidentally rather ending up u know what porn or somthing else whats bad or as bad as that AND I DONT want to get caught for accidentally going on one so i mean am i busted as soon as ive opened the sites and like a image or video gets shown ? or like how the hell or what the hell do i do ? just close it as fast as possible ? help me cuz i dont want to fuk up u know/
 

so what i do is? download VM for sure// download tor ?

You won't get in trouble for browsing the dark web. Only things like sharing copyrighted material (which don't do, but is rarely prosecuted on a small scale), selling illegal items, etc. is illegal. You can browse the dark web all you want.

from what I've gathered, OP understands that browsing the dark web is stupid, but OP likes being stupid, so he's doing it anyways. Now it appears he's come across illegal content on the dark web (say whaaaat), in what appears to be (and not limited to) child porn, now he's posting here asking what he can do in order to not be prosecuted for viewing said content.

get a flash drive and a pair of running shoes, but neither from an American brand. The NSA plants tracking chips in reebok

Gaming and HTPC (reparations)- ASUS 1080, MSI X99A SLI Plus, 5820k- 4.5GHz @ 1.25v, asetek based 360mm AIO, RM 1000x, 16GB memory, 750D with front USB 2.0 replaced with 3.0  ports, 2 250GB 850 EVOs in Raid 0 (why not, only has games on it), some hard drives

Screens- Acer preditor XB241H (1080p, 144Hz Gsync), LG 1080p ultrawide, (all mounted) directly wired to TV in other room

Stuff- k70 with reds, steel series rival, g13, full desk covering mouse mat

All parts black

Workstation(desk)- 3770k, 970 reference, 16GB of some crucial memory, a motherboard of some kind I don't remember, Micomsoft SC-512N1-L/DVI, CM Storm Trooper (It's got a handle, can you handle that?), 240mm Asetek based AIO, Crucial M550 256GB (upgrade soon), some hard drives, disc drives, and hot swap bays

Browsing is fine, apart from the obvious stuff. But buying is where things become risky. Use Tor on a normal computer or to be extra safe use Tails in a VM and then browse safely.
