Debian 9.0 "Stretch" release

After 2 years of development, the last version of our beloved Debian is finally out :). I've just did the upgrade from Jessie, and everything looks fine.

I cannot recommend Debian + Cinnamon DE enough!

i downloaded last night and ill be installing it on my laptop after dinner.

How is gnome? any significant differences?

Have they fixed that annoying bug where the installer asks for the location of the installation disk?

I use Cinnamon, never used Gnome... Since I started on Linux with Mint, I found Cinnamon really clean so I got to keep it with Debian.

As for the installer, I think it still does, yes. I've installed Debian 9 on two different computers, no issue besides non free intel wifi that isn't included with Debian.

Yesterday I got a Dell latitude E5740 i5 6440 8gb DDR4,SSD 128 gb, wifi 4G, Bluetooth from february 2017 for 300€! Installed Debian on it, works just perfect.
