Is the rx 580 worth it for $60-50 more than 1060? Im planning to use for 3 years (1080p)

not exactly, it will depend on lots of factors also keep in mind that the mining bubble will burst.

Definitely not worth it, but if you want to use the card for 3 years, get a 980 Ti or a 1070

No try to get a used GTX 980ti, 980 or 970 and you will be better off with 1080p gaming. You can even try to do some 4k gaming with those cards. The 1060 is more a budget card and the 980 will be much better but less power efficient.
