Moving "New Builds and Planning" higher

The General Discussion is flooded with the PC build threads, I see admins constantly swiping them to a correct section. Maybe move it higher so it is more visible?

Kinda off-topic (not gonna solve the issue about PC builds in the general section)

but maybe allow users to pin sections to the top? it would be cool to have my most used sections (Tech News, Troubleshooting, Builds & Planning) at the very top.

 

This way audiophiles can pin the audio section to the top, watercooling enthusiasts can move the liquid cooling section to the top, etc.

New build posts get posted all around forum. It might help. GD should be the bottom most to prevent general post dumping going on.
