Painting Cables?

Hello everybody,

so I want to build a PC and i would use the sleeved cables that come with the beQuiet! PSU's. And i would also buy UV LEDs and i would want to know if I can paint the PSU ables with normal UV Paint, because I didn't find any UV Cable sets. And if I schouldn't do this but you know some UV Cable Sets....please link them.

Welcome to the Forums!

Painting cables is never recommended especially with regular paint since it will tend to crack and flake off when flexed making a big mess. You would be much better looking into sleeved UV cables, as for options Cable mod has the option to customize sleeved cables using their configuator.

@Melsamart as @W-L had mentioned, the paint would flake if you were to flex the stock cables. If you check out our ModMesh cables the sleeving is UV reactive already. You can get our UV LED's or RGB/UV Hybrid LED's while you're there too. :)
