Remove dvd reader

Add atleast a 560 with 4gb ram

PSU is shit

If he's added it in there, its probably cause he needs the disk drive. Agree with the PSU though.

Are you able to invest in an SSD? Because that will improve this build alot. I also agree with ethocreeper that a 560 video card would be better. But I you could keep the DVD reader. Lots of people still use them. About the power supply... Might be shit, not sure. But considering the hardware you are going to use, it should be good enough.

I'd wait a bit until I have enough money to step up the GPU.

And you already know about the PSU I guess.

Low end GPUs are not worth it.

Either buy used or save your money until you can buy something decent.

Also go with faster RAM and 2 sticks if you can afford. Faster for sure though. Ryzens NB/SOC runs at the same speed as the DDR4 and running 2133 will gimp it big time. From the reviews I have seen going from 2133 to 3200 would get you 5-25% in games. Gskill Aegis 3000 for 56$ on newegg right now would go with at least that speed. 1 of the two reviewers actually has it paired w Ryzen 1600 but only at 2400. AMD just released an AGESA update that will allow most memory to run at full speed but until your board maker releases next BIOS you will likely only get 2400. Probably not more than 2 weeks and you will have the update and that running at 3000 or even 3200 if they oc a bit.
