DSi games on 3DS region lock

So I have a 3DS I bought in England but for the summer I will be in the US.  I am interested in some old DSi games from my childhood but I can't be sure if they will be compatible with the foreign 3DS.  I know they are compatible but I don't know if there is a region lock on any of them or a region lock for the 3DS.  The specific games are Custom Robo Arena and Super Mario 64 DS, these were two defining games of my early childhood with the DS and I would love to relive that.  Any help would be great, thanks!

If they block Super Mario 64 DS, you have my permission to drown them in liquid cooling fluid, while waving around a RGB staff and doing the Titan Xp chant.

My little brothers love that game, and still play it on our DS (the first one, had it since I was 8 or so and it's gradually falling apart).

Original DS games don't have region locking, so you can play them on whatever DS or 3DS.

Ok thanks, saves me shipping some games from Amazon UK or waiting 3 months

If they don't state that they are DSi enhanced (and I'm certain that both of those aren't DSi enhanced since super Mario 64 DS was released before the DSi was released) then they won't be region locked (however, I'm certain that there are a few DSi enhanced games that aren't region locked).
