Comcast screwed me over by forcing to me to get an AIO modem / router combo.

See how I'll fix THAT here.

Compared to my last provider. I'm not complaining. I was paying for 3 I would barely get .8 and I won't even talk about my upload speed.

I pay for 15 down and 1 up, so I'm not complaining about getting what we pay for, but I still wish Time Warner had a better upload speed for the lower tiers of their internet, I don't necessarily need more than 15 down, but like 5 up would be wonderful for uploading stuff to youtube without having to upgrade my download speed as well, I'm generally streaming stuff anyway which 15 is more than capable of.

dat moon ping in tiny print tho :P

I wonder what speedtest.net would say your speed is?

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

Yeah I don't know what's going on with DSL Report ping...

Here is my Speedtest.net one.

I leave in Greece so servers are not that close sometimes.

Usually in games I get around 50ms ping. Which is not that bad actually.

But in certain occasions like TC, Rainbow Six: Siege I get around 95ms. Because they only have servers in western Europe. No eastern ones yet.

Sky broadband is officially shit:

5039802552.png

And thats after spending £40 on a powerlink, on what should be a 20 mbps connection.

In comparison, my 3 4G internet gets 15 Mbit down, 12 Mbit up, but I only have 20 Gb limit on my mobile broadband router, and 8 Gb on my phone for that, while the Sky is unlimited.

UK internet anywhere outside of London needs to die, I mean, get vastly improved.

Well at the least Im hoping that powerlink is more reliable at least. Over Wifi not only was it vastly slower and too laggy, but the connection kept dropping, forcing me to fork out for a mobile broadband tariff (the sky broadband is paid for by my dad so that doesnt add to my cost).

But I pay £42 a month for my phone + mobile broadband, both of which are superfast but limited.

At least phone plans there are better.  When my friend visited he bought and activated a SIM card and got 1 month of truly unlimited (not our scumbag unlimited that's like "unlimited! but dialup speeds and massive charges if you exceed 2 GB") data for something like £30.  Meanwhile, here in Canada most people pay at least $50 for plans in the 2 - 3 GB range.
