Mate you should take a look at @Darkman's speeds (suposed to be 3/1 but is much slower in reality) or even my speeds (16/1) or my grandparent's(2/0.5)

the schools is probbly faster tbh, i could only test it off 1 cable, so i mean....i gotta try from different parts of the school.... at the same time..its probbly more than 1 gigabit prob 2or 3

thier a matter, of "legal" issues, and they monitor/blokck a lot of sites xD...i can get around the blocking but i think they would notice :)
