I NEED HELP !

Hi guys and girls i really need help fault finding here.
Recently changed my Crossfire AMD R9 270x (2gb each) for Gtx 1050Ti 4GB.
ive made the change and My rig is now Shutting down when Playing games.

list of faults ive looked for -
. Ive deleted all software for previous graphic cards. (so not software)
. PSU is brand new out of box 2 months in use its a EVGA 750B (PSU)
. Taken RAM sticks out and tried individual ones which didnt help (RAM)
. recently bought a CPU Cooler (Cool master Hyper 103).... checked the heat sink/reapplied (CPU)
.Cable management i no longer use the VGA cables from PSU and seen a thread with someone saying it could be that....
. GPU - new from PC WORLD very much doubt its a malfunction dud, but ive been watching movies on this card without any crashes only when i play a graphically intense game it will turn off (not shut down..literally no power... need to take plug out of wall and wait a few seconds until any sort of boot up is possible)
MOTHERBOARD- Everything points too GPU and motherboard not being compatable ive researched online and seen people with my motherboard. (ASROCK FM2A88X Extreme4+) with the card.
Now heres the question is it as obvious as needing to change boards or is it something that isnt money consuming.

RIG setup-
CPU-AMD A10 Black edition 4ghz 100w
Ram- 8gb Corsair Venegence - 2x4Gb Corsair venegence (BLACK STICKS)
Psu - EVGA 750w Bronze
Motherboard - ASROCK FM2A88X Extreme 4+
Optical Drive - Blu Ray reader (nothing special)
CPU Cooler - Cool Master 103 Hyper (blue led)
Hard Drive - 2x 1Tb Western digital and Seagate
Case- CiT G force Gaming (green LEDx3)

ive DDU and taken out my old drivers, it says everything in my rig is compatable but im not sure anymore. Ive got a APU and im thinking its clashing
I know its alot of reading and i hope ive structured it for some of you's to tell me the obvious or not so obvious reason my Rig went from working to not in the space of a few short weeks. hope you can help

Thank you :D

Could your graphics card be messed up? You could try contacting the manufacturer and getting it fixed or replaced. I've got an EVGA SC 1050 Ti, and it works fine in my build of scavenged parts from various OEM computers.

Dont use the drivers on your disc. There very outdated.

I would do a clean install from the latest driver online with no old drivers already installed from the CD

Is your PSU clean? temps fine? I had a similer issue with a HX750W and ended up switching to  HX1000i. 750w was more than enough for  i7-6700k/gtx 1080.

UPDATE*

taken the PC completely apart and started from scratch.

i re thermal paste the cooler and cpu

i reorganised it..... tested the GPU with a simple benchmark andddd whole rig Switched off compeletly.

so got curious tried benchmark with the lowest settings (while montoring CPU temp and load)

got to the very end and BANG whole rig switched off yet again.

Sending card off and replacing.

QUESTION: My AMD A10 cpu is FM2 - my motherboard states FM2 can only get PCI-e 2.0 - while the GPU needs PCI-e 3.0

Cards are backwards compabitble or have i found the issue ? im literally running out of options and ideas :(
