What benchmarks do you use?

I have used Heaven and cinebench before, but they're getting kind of old.

what benchmarks are there for DX12?

what do you use for 1080p and what do you use for 4k?

 

What benchmarks are free, and what do you pay for?

isn't timespy a paid benchmark? 

and furmark and aida64 are getting kind of old too arent they?

I just use games I have, intel xtu and the heaven benchmark, I don't have dx12 so I have no reason to look into more recent benches

I've been using the 3DMark benchmarks (including TimeSpy), as well as Heaven & Valley, and Cinebench R15 (and sometimes 11.5).

 

i really would like a GOOD, free, all-platform, all-generation, all-architecture set of benchmarks, though.  I want to be able to directly compare scores between, say, the i7-6700K in my laptop and the MC68000 in my TI-92 that I still have (but no longer use).
