It looks like the tubes are pushing down on it.

Well of course if you leave your cpu cooler tubes like that it's gonna sag... they are pushing down on it... did'nt you notice it yourself... it's rather obvious.

 

ohh okay, if they don't then don't bother, it's normal it's made for that, as long as it sits in the slot correctly, is screwed in to the case correctly and don't move around too much it should be fine.

They aren't, no cables are touching the graphics card

@Fatpillow If those tubes are pushing on it, move them. If they're resting on it, and it makes no difference to the sag with them not touching, it's fine.
