Pc fan cleaning

Was doing construction work at home and some pretty heavy dust (i think its called filler dust in english) managed to get in my pc (couldnt air blast it out it was sticking to the fans too hard) it looks like i will need to disassemble the fans to get it out.

I have a zotac gtx 970 and a cooler master 212 hyper evo would appreciate some help on what i should use to clean it. If you could point me to a disassembly guide or give me a basic guide would be greatly appreciated .

damp (NOT WET) cloth if you cannot get it clean with compressed air.

To clean fans I use a mixture of a micro-fiber cloth and Q-tips.
