Keyboard Wrist Rests

ImperialSteele

Heyo,

I am currently looking for a keyboard wrist rest to help with wrist strain and just to be more comfortable overall. Anyways, does anyone know what wrist rest is always being shown in LTT vids? It looks leathery and is used on the DIY Couch Gaming setup. It looks like a decent option, but if anyone has had good personal experience with another one drop a link bellow :)

Thnx

Good point because if you use a super squishy one, sweat could get under it.

Just get a hard leather wrist rest, unless you really want the wrist rest to be super soft.

the sky is up

Some leathers irritate my skin. Not a fan of wood, this there anything else you recommend?

I use a 3m memory foam wrist rest. Very comfortable for long time use. I've had them for a few years and they have held up very well. Only downside is that they get dirty rather quick.

Quick update for anyone who's interested. Ordered and received a Ducky Branded Tight Leather Wrist Rest from mechanicalkeyboards.com, after using it for a day or so I have gotten used to it, and it really does help with cramps and general discomfort that ensues after typing for a while. It has a nice medium hard center, and cool red stitching around it. Works perfectly with my Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 Keyboard. Thanks again @Slick for the recommendation.

For anyone who wants to get one, they're like $34 on https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=91. Since I don't foresee myself buying from them again soon, one of you can use offer code "STEELE16" for 5% off your basket.

Cheers.
