I've had a small can (about 3.5 oz) for a few years now. I barely ever use it though. So I guess it depends on how often you use it.

Depends. As you use it, it cools and drastically reduces its pressure. I've found that if you soak one in really hot water for a little bit, you can bring the pressure up again, but @Enderman is probably correct with his guesitmate.

The ones I have had normally only last one reasonable usage without dropping too much pressure. Shaking it and warming it up might work for an extra blast or two. I tend to use mini vacuum adapters along with good old alcohol wipes now to clean my pc and components.

Small cans? Bout 2 minutes.

Medium cans? 5 minutes

Big ass cans? 8-10 minutes

Bench compressor? A fuckload of time.

To be fair, since a bench compressor is actually a compressor, you have an indefinite work time, so long as the compressor keeps getting power from the wall. 

 

That being said, you'll probably want some sort of small particle filter, as that can damage sensitive electronics.
