Platinum isn't white. They'd have to downgrade to 80+ (the basic tier, below Bronze) to go white.

I love my seasonic 1050w snow Silent all white psu way better then this special edition RM series psu.

Corsair is making a lot of special stuff nowadays....

 

But seriously, a 1000W Clean White paint with a rating of 80 Plus Gold :(?

 

I tought Corsair liked to show off, creating 100 units of AX1500I with 80 Plus Titanium rating for a small loan of 650$.

I was fortunate enough to actually buy these. I got numbers 0056 and 0057.

And I was able to get the Special Edition PSU as well. I got number 19.

My build is turning into a special edition build.

I haven't quite finished it yet. It's built, but not exactly where I want it yet. And I haven't put the new PSU in yet either. But as soon as I get it where I want it, then I will definitely be posting pics of it on the forum.


Side-note, if anyone knows of any other special edition parts, I am always happy to take recommendations. Right now, I have the PSU, RAM, and I have the Edition 10 motherboard from ASUS (although that's not exactly "special edition", I'll count it anyways), but no other special edition parts.

But any special edition watercooling blocks would be great. The color scheme I'm going for is black and white. Thanks for that recommendation though! I will definitely keep that in mind for any future builds that I wanna do. It's a great looking card.

You could try to hunt down one of the very rare SilentiumPC Fortis 3 HE1425 Malik Custom Edition

Not even kidding, they exist and are a pretty amazing CPU Cooler.

 

But you're watercooling so maybe find one and display it on top of the case? :P
