how many watts do I need?

What are your exact specs?

 

If it's an i5/i7+1070 based system, then any PSU from Tiers 1-3 from the PSU tier list in my signature that's at least 400w will be fine.

I'd say anything above 600W will be ok, but more than 800W will be a total waste. The quality of the PSU will impact the build too

You linked the URL in the bar at the top of the browser. What will show up is whatever list someone last had open in PCPP. You need to link using the link provided with the list. BBCode works best if you can copy and paste that.
