Can you make sure that it doesnt void it in Canada? I really want to keep my warranty 

 

Unless you take off the cooler heatsink itself it shouldn't void the warranty, there is a sticker on a heatsink screw if you break that then it will void the warranty:

Yes that should be the only one from my understanding on the back of the card, bolting on the heatsink.
