I think you should go for the 6500 because it leaves a lot of room to upgrade in the future.

As title i'm buying a new pc. I bult one with haswell and one with new skylake. If i buy 4690k i will overclock it and get better performance. Unfortunately you can't overclock 6500 and i don't have enough money to buy 6600k.

Go Haswell.. By the time you have to upgrade there will already be a new socket out for the next generation of CPUS.

Also get a R9 380 or R9 285 or R9 280x. They all are faster then the 960, all the way up to 14% increase in FPS depending on game.

What about PSU and Case?

Please avoid that PSU. Especially not for a med-high end build.

Go for a XFX or Seasonic or a EVGA B2 GS or G2
