I vote for the bad customer service

Though on the bright side,my motherboard is still serving me great  

asus are great when they work but they are on the lower end of the reliability charts(so is msi) but if it breaks you are out of luck or you have to wait a very long time.

MSI once upon a time had horrible caps, when was it? :D

MSI gaming 7 Z97, was boot looping with more than 1 stick of RAM, couldn't get it to work, ended up returning it after a week of arguing with the seller, I bought Asrock then, works perfectly
