will the weight of that cooler damage the motherboard ?

For some car driving, it should be fine, just transport it on its side. 

 

If you were mailing the PC, you'd need to remove the cooler.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

I'm not sure why people seem to think taking something by car is shipping it. That's really the wrong terminology to use. You're transporting it.

Does the weight cause issues when you have it set on your desk? If not, then no, there's no issue. It's only a problem if it for some reason topples over or gets bashed around, and really, if you're in a car and it sees that kind of force, you're likely going to the ER anyway so the PC is the last of your concerns.

No, it won't. Shipping is when you give it to UPS so they can kick the hell out of it. Putting it in your car is just taking it somewhere. My personal preference is to lay it flat on its back with the socket and cooler facing up to avoid lateral stress or downward pulling on the board, but I've taken systems with sizable coolers (NH-C14S and H5 Ultimate) standing upright and have yet to lose a board.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
