Those Prime boards look like something you'd see in office builds (so they're probably often bought in large quantities), and the WS boards are more intended for workstation use as opposed to a regular gaming build or whatever. Other than that, I don't know what would be that special about them.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Display: Gigabyte G34WQC

Sold in bulk packaging, no manuals, fewer extras (stickers, sata cables etc), sometimes sold as packs of 5 or more. Cheaper but less warranty (minimum of 1-2 years) sometimes..

Rarer, they come with stuff companies want like TPM modules (which you usually buy separately and plug in headers on motherboard)

Workstation features it seems.

And on the x570 board, actuall tested ECC support.

But probably just HEDT oriented stuff
