I think they mean consumer. Not sure, but all those boards are consumer grade, even the X299 board.

AMD Ryzen 3 3200G / Sapphire R9 290X / 16gb (2x8) Kingston ValueRam @ 2666Mhz / Gigabyte A320M-S2H / Kingston A400 120GB M.2 SSD / WD Blue 2.5" 1TB HDD / Cooler Master MWE450 / Aerocool CS-100 / Dell P2210 1680x1050 @ 70Hz (OC)

Those Prime boards look like something you'd see in office builds (so they're probably often bought in large quantities), and the WS boards are more intended for workstation use as opposed to a regular gaming build or whatever. Other than that, I don't know what would be that special about them.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 | ASUS Strix Z390-F | 32GB 3000MHz CL15 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: Apple Macbook Pro 13" 2018 (i5-8259U | 8GB RAM | 512GB SSD)

Peripherals: Steelseries Rival 600 & Logitech MX Master 3 | Ducky Shine 7 (Cherry MX Brown) | Sennheiser Game One | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Displays: Alienware AW2521HF & BenQ BL2420PT

Sold in bulk packaging, no manuals, fewer extras (stickers, sata cables etc), sometimes sold as packs of 5 or more. Cheaper but less warranty (minimum of 1-2 years) sometimes..

Rarer, they come with stuff companies want like TPM modules (which you usually buy separately and plug in headers on motherboard)

Workstation features it seems.

And on the x570 board, actuall tested ECC support.

But probably just HEDT oriented stuff
