i have tried ryzen master but i can't figure it out kinda, can have for example. 3.9-4.1 base and 4.4 boost in ryzen master?

not sure you cn set base and boost in ryzen master, just fixed frequencies. if you want to get as much boost and base as possible, just enable pbo in bios.

i got a 3600x and a b450 asus strix mobo and im trying to overclock, but when i change the multiplier my clock drops down to base with all core overclock, and thats fine, but it disables single core boost, how do i eneble single core boost again after overclock?

How much faster than 4.4GHz do you want a 3600X to go...?

I frequently edit any posts you may quote; please check for anything I 'may' have added.

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!

you can't have manual overclock and boost at the same time.

manual?, so i can have boost with auto overckocking?

That's 3900/3950X territory... you're gonna need highly specialised cooling for that.

Zen architecture isn't intended to be overclocked in the way that Intel chips are...

I'm talking dry ice/LN2... if you wanted those clock speeds, easily, you shoulda bought Intel.

First of all

Ryzen does not benifit a whole lot with over clocking

Just enable pbo and it will probably do a better job than what you can now

2nd over clocking memory will probably be more beneficial than over clocking the cpu

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad.

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

are you talking all core, or single core?

Single... overclocking AMD CPU's from the last 5yrs isn't a 'fast & loose' affair like it is w/ Intel.

Not happening on safe voltages or sane cooling solutions.

Doubtful even the best CCX you can get can do that much.

... and certainly an iffy proposition on B450.

generally, for gaming it's better to just leave pbo on and let it boost, as games benefit more from boosting just a few cores.

for multithreaded workloads, such as rendering, it's better with an all core manual oc.

in ryzen master you can do per core manual oc, having a few cores higher and a few cores lower. but that's not really boost, but still a manual fixed overclock, and you can't guarantee the game will choose to run on the higher clocked cores.
