what output dynamic range is better for monitor (16-235 or 0-255) ? like to have real colors

0-255 ... 16..255 is only there for use with TVs that default on it and don't let you change it. Broadcast tv uses 16..255 and bluray and dvd (but the players decode the video and convert it to proper 0..255 or should give you the option)

You're not really telling enough about what you're asking. That said, PC-displays can utilize the whole 0-255 range, so in general, you'd be using full range on PCs.
