Error Setting Traits on Provider/Audits. 0

Most of the time this happens while gaming or under load but sometimes happens while game is paused or just on desktop. It freezes up. I have no audio and input/output stops. Errors occur in this order.
 

1. The previous system shutdown at 6:57:19 PM on ‎2/‎17/‎2020 was unexpected.
2. The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
3. Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0
4. Error setting traits on Provider {8444a4fb-d8d3-4f38-84f8-89960a1ef12f}. Error: 0xC0000001

Specs are:
120gb SSD

MSI B360M Bazooka
1tb HDD
RTX 2060S
i5 8400 w/ Intel Stock Cooler
500w PSU
2x8gb 2400mhz Corsair Vengeance DDR4 ram

 

All drivers should be latest. 

 

Troubleshooting steps taken:

Reinstalled GPU drivers using DDU. 

Reinstalled OS (1909 (18363.657))

Tried different PSU

Tried memtest (no errors) and different memory.

Any help appreciated.

Sorry to dig out such old topic, but maybe You guys figured out this issue.

Have really similar issue. All my USB connections are freezing for a second, get disconnected, and reconnected (but not always). That include everything connected to MB USB headers, like my AIO (Aorus Liquid Cooler). Power to those devices seems to still be delivered.

Issue somehow got lesser effect. At first it would just drop every usb and such, and even plugging it again into usb port didn't helped. Now it only seems to "restart" the connection.

My specs are:

ASUS ROG STRIX B550-E GAMING (tried both newest and second to newest BIOS)

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

Gigabyte RTX 3070 Aorus Master 

Corsair Vengeance PRO RGB, 2x(2x16 GB), 3200Mhz, 16CL

Corsair RM 1000x 1000W

Gigabyte Aorus Liquid Cooler 360

SAMSUNG 970 EVO 500 GB

ADATA GAMMIX S11 Pro 512 GB

SEAGATE BarraCuda 1TB

And peripherals:
Razer BlackWidow v2
Razer Viper Ultimate (and docking station for it)
Steelseries Arctis 7 

Novox NC-1 Microphone

I also notice that every time I plug in SteelSeries Wireless Transmitter it shows this error in Event Viewer:
"Error setting traits on Provider {8444a4fb-d8d3-4f38-84f8-89960a1ef12f}. Error: 0xC0000001 Event ID : 28"
