It’s time to upgrade your GPU - RX 5600 XT

The latest Steam Hardware Survey shows most people are still using a GPU from 3 years ago! Now that there's some more competition, maybe now is finally the right time to upgrade.

Is the Sapphire Pulse the best 5600xt ? Is that why you used for this video, or is there better options for a 5600xt

I am looking at upgrading my PC and I am stuck on what GPU to get. Though I wasn't looking at the 5600xt or the rtx 2060 exactly, Linus mentioned how not everyone is interested in the encoder because not everyone streams. I record and stream a few games and plan on doing more so which one is better for streaming?

Current build plan

Ryzen 7 3700X

Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite

32GB Corsair DDR4 Vengeance 3600mhz

(Insert GPU here)

Need to be able to stream whilst still playing at a high fps. Will be playing on a 1080p monitor and the pricing for the 5700xt looks about right for me.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

nvidia 1070 for another 3 years....

Yeah in terms of what software and games (other than a few games and custom CUDA code) can actually use 10 series graphics will be sufficient for at least that long.

Eh, I've got a 1080 non-Ti. If I were to upgrade, I'd be waiting for NVIDIA's 3000-lineup; at the moment I'm kind of on the fence on whether even that would make much sense, though.

NVidia drops prices for RTX2060!
....OK, but where? NewEgg already gives me: "Sorry, We can't find this Item. Please check your Item#."
Amazon gives me only that one card from Zotac... no other brands or models of 2060 have dropped their prices... How many of these Zotacs are in stock?
Haven't we already seen this?! Haven't AMD done just the same few months ago?

And if the magic happens and 2060 prices really drop by 50 USD.... When such price drop is expected arriving in Europe? In UK the price is still 310£ = 370€ = 410$.
Haven't dropped a bit...
Does the price drop in USA ever correlates with Europe?

I might have to, the Sapphire's are going like hotcakes. Newegg is sold out, but amazon has some in stock. I just hope they are available when i get my taxes back.

I just wonder what CPU was used for this test? Because as we know, with latest Ryzen CPU, AMD GPU performs better. But all test I see so far only shows results with Intel's CPU
