Laptop not charging via type C

Hey all!

I have a HP Envy 13T laptop that has suddenly stopped wanting to charge via the type C port. Anyway, it seems to be a port/firmware issue as everything else seems to be working as intended.

Power supply: neither my 30W (20V@1.5A) battery bank or my 60W (20@3A) PSU charges it. Both charges my phone fine however.

Cable: Both cables (one came with battery bank, one with AC adapter) charges my phone from AC adapter, laptop type-C port and battery bank.

Port on laptop: Able to charge my phone with it, HDMI via dongle works fine.

Have been using the same type-C PD power bank and PSU for months, with the same two cables and the laptop was happily charging but suddenly out of nowhere, it just decides to say "no, imma not going to take power-in anymore" :(

Any ideas anyone?

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...
