Where you're shopping at ? That's outrageous price for iGPU build. I suspect, because of Samsung SSD and EVGA PSU, they're both overpriced.

Even off Amazon, I built in just now, it adds up to $569.95, how are you getting 700? You are buying those Windows for full price maybe?

No reason to buy an aftermarket cooler on a 2600 as it comes with a decent cooler.

It boosts higher, AMD clocks boost algo are very temperature dependent. But yeah, it'll work on stock cooler just fine.

Not with a 20 dollar cooler. It's not going to drop temps enough to matter.

It will, this cooler performs on the level of CM Hyper 212 which outperforms Wraith Stealth (R5 2600 stock cooler).

Simply outperforming a cooler does not mean it will result in a meaningful performance difference especially when you take into account that you likely wont be 100% cpu limited with a build like this. Not worth the money at all tbh.
