MSI X570 boards crappy VRMs?

So my friend told me just a few secs ago that MSI had screwed up there X570s boards with crappy VRMs and I was wondering is the Godlike even worth the price tag, I've seen other better quality boards from Asrock, Gigabyte, but I Ain't to sure to believe, did some googling and i did find a forum (toms hardware) that there VRMs are higher than there previous X470 etc and yeah, worth the price tag for Poor VRMs?, will they do a revision for there crappy VRMs *if true ?

Yes their entry level boards have the worse VRM from all X570 motherboards...

They are only crappy Carbon or below, so that includes the Carbon, Edge, Plus and A-Pro.

Cheapest MSI x570 Board that is actually any good is the newest addition, the MEG x570 UNIFY for around the $300 mark. Just thought I'd point that out if you're specifically interested in MSI for some reason.

I was planning on the X570 godlike but, I wasn't sure if it was worth the high price tag for the VRMs that are included

How are you supposed to kill a system with good power delivery ? I like the fact that people still think they need an insane power delivery to run any 3rd Gen Ryzen, they are more power efficient then the 2nd Gen. 4 phases i enough to run a 3600, i would consider 6 phases enought to run the 3700 to the 3900, and 8\10 phases to overclock a 3950X, yet they want 10 phases to run a 3600....

so wait, you are worried about buying high end from a company because their low end isn't amazing? The Godlike (and Ace, unifi and creation) has pretty overkill vrms...

it's not going to kill anything..msi has their r&d as well..maybe they just focus more on higher end boards...godlike and extreme aren't that far off...

They are not bad, they just didn't went all in with these boards and made a budget solution for X570 chipset, they will still run anything under the 3800X.

Main System: Ryzen 2700, Asus Crosshair VII Hero, EVGA GTX 1080ti SC, 970 EVO Plus NVMe, Crucial Ballistix 3200mhz CL14, CM H500, CM ML240L cpu cooler.

Second System: Ryzen 2400G, Gigabyte B450 DS3H, RX 580 Nitro+, Kingston A400 SSD, Team T-Force 3200mhz CL15

Are you for real??? Spouting ignorance is not a virtue. MSI has 3 mid to high end boards that have excellent vrm's: The Godlike at $699,The ACE at $343 on Amazon, and now the Unify at $299 on Amazon. They ALL have superior vrms and power phase management.
