SSD going to a 100% and fps not as expected

So yeah i just recently switch to amd with a ryzen 7 2700x because of bottleneck issue with my old i5-6600k that wasn't strong enough for my rtx 2070 the thing is before my drive never been to the 100 % mark unless i did some eavy stuff with it now my ssd acting strange by moment and its not taken by the userbenchmark program. Why i don't have a clue, also i still have trouble getting the fps im suppose to achieve with this kind of build.

Very peculiar. Try running an antivirus scan
