Extremeley Low FPS in MC with 2080

MrChemistryCow9

I am getting extremely low FPS in Minecraft with extreme shaders maxed settings. I have a 2080 and other people can run it fine but I can't as I'm getting 10-30 fps. I can't figure out what's happening and I've googled it but they're all old so I can't find the settings. Thanks in advance.

They were set to Vsync which should be 60fps. I will check if this fixed it though.

Do you have some crazy texture pack and ray tracing on?

No Crazy texture pack. Just faithful. I don't think chocapic extreme has ray tracing.
