PC suddenly doesn't like D.O.C.P Profile (CPU upgrade)

Hi guys so i just put in my new 3700x upgraded from a 1600x in my X470 Asus prime pro board. BIOS is up to date and on the 1600x the RAM easily overclocked 16gb to 3200MHZ (G.skill flare) with the same bios version. However when i try to do the same with the 3700x the computer refuses to boot and i get a post screen saying its launched in safe mode so you can remove whatever changes you made. Anyone got any ideas?

EDIT: Forgot to mention on CPU-z it now only shows the size of the memory and nothing else... Screenshot provided

Why? It worked with my old CPU it's literally the only thing I changed. Going from a 1600x to a 3700x I would have expected the same compatibility

Well no not really it depends on both the CPU and ram how far you can OC.

Well it failed on even 3000, seems to work with 2933, guess im gonna have to wait for another BIOS update and hope it fixes it. Kind of annoying but i guess thats the habit with updates :(
