Scam or no scam?
It's a scam. Besides the obvious "if it's too good to be true, it probably is" mantra, if you look at their other items there's dozens of listings for random items all for $19.99. Ranging from Chairs, drones, VR Headsets, modems, welding equipment, microscopes, stainless steel dish-ware, meat slicers, massage lounge chairs, shower fixtures, solar panels, security cameras, and it goes on.
