I know you may like those RGB fans, but PLEASE, don't buy an H510 if you're not swapping in some high static pressure and high airflow fans for the back, most of which aren't RGB enabled. The airflow in that case is not good at all, but you can brute force it if you have enough money.

I'd just recommend something like a SPEC-Delta instead.

If you need it at $1000, to be perfectly honest you won't be losing that much performance.

Before you finishing typing let me say that there is a better chance that you'll find a $100 bill on your front door then winning rog reboot and you're better off saving up for a new pc or upgrade you're old one.

They have 5600xt's with an updated BIOS that are almost as powerful as a RX 5700. I'm sure those updated GPU's edge out RTX 2060's in performance and cost less.

5600xt in performance, 5700 is often in the same price bracket and beats it. (disclaimer depends on local prices)

Normally i would say nvida but the 5700xt is pretty good. Also RTX is all cool but its something you only try and hardly play with as its pretty taxing as is.

I would go with the 5700xt.
It's close to the 2070 super. And the 2060 isn't even on the same tier. The 5700xt also has a bigger frame buffer.

Then you need to test.  Airflow is hydrodynamics which is so fearsomely complicated it’s difficult to predict in anything but the roughest way.  Not a fast thing to do.  The more fans the more noise and usually he more airflow but not always.  You’ll want to pay attention to both you cpu and gpu heat.

Four. Two in the front on the bracket that comes out, one in the top and one in the back. The top also supports a 140mm fan so you could do that instead of the 120mm.

Hey, guys. I’m looking for a cheap RGB strip(s) that’s compatible with Aura Sync. I have nothing like a lighting hub or anything, and I’m looking to maybe do an under glow for my desk, for the inside of my PC, and a backlight for my monitor. Thanks!
