You updated the bios for your motherboard
just double check you took the correct one for your board as some boards have multiple revisions.
I would also try shutting down the system remove the power plug remove the CMOS battery wait 5 minutes and reinsert the battery.
That would drop the board back into a default settings and the new bios you have should be applied.
It is uncommon but sometimes bios update looks to have been installed properly but it has encountered an issue.
Also did you do the update after swapping the CPU or before ?
some of the B450 boards need the older CPU to be on the board when you do the update then swap out the CPU for the new one.

a lot of headsets use a lot of glue and will glue the driver to the surrounding cup. I think you could probably switch the drivers out, but I don't know if you could microphone A to work with the same cable that speakers B are on, since there is probably some type of chip onboard controlling this. if you don't care how it looks, you can just have two wires, one for headphones the other for microphone, though I expect a lot of soldering to be involved and the whole thing to be pretty janky.
 

Well, there's not much you can do at this point unfortunately. Just make new accounts. Were your files encrypted by said virus? I assume not. 
 

It's trash. Bitdefender Total Security is much better and you can renew the free trial every few months by simply creating a new account from the promo page and a throwaway temporary email. Also, if you use any kind of security suite that isn't just a plain anti virus, you should make it so it ask you every time a software wants access to the internet (firewall). Even more so to protect yourself from bad softwares that you install.
 
Everyone looks at porn, there's nothing wrong with that and frankly it could just be a bluff exactly because everyone looks at porn. Regardless of what happens, you're kind of screwed. I would recommend just formatting your PC and Reset your router just in case. Then change ALL your passwords and use Keepass, Bitwarden or some other password manager to ensure everything has a unique password. After that, set up your firewall in Alert mode to make sure it ask you every time somethings wants internet access.

The "You look at lots of porn" thing is a stock scammer/hacker gambit. Often accompanied by a claim that they hacked your webcam so they have video of you pleasuring yourself. They're just betting that "you look at lots of porn" will be true for a huge percentage of their targets.

So a few points:
1) You got burned by pirating software.  Sucks to be you.  Learned a lesson?  Hopefully, yes.
 
2) "We have video of you watching porn" is a very common email to see, it's fake, and doesn't mean shit.  Ignore them.
 
3) Here's what you need to do:

Reformat your PC.  Wipe /everything/.  Delete drive partitions, etc.  Reinstall Fresh from guaranteed good media.  (IF you don't have it, make it on another PC somewhere that is clean.)
 
After you wipe your PC:  Go change your Email, Bank, Credit Cards, Paypal, etc. etc. passwords to something new and strong.  Don't use variations of old passwords.
 
Go into your email, and verify it's clean.  Double check the "Rules" if you use Outlook.  Hackers hide shit in those. 
 
Stop pirating shit.  It's a really quick way to fuck up your PC, and make the rest of your life hell until its fixed.

Ah, where to begin with that one.
Virustotal has a file size limit of 650mb, so unless OP is uploading a file smaller than that its not going to work. Downloading and installing a decent AV will take less time and will actually give you a chance to scan the entire system. If virus executeable is noclick, then virustotal is not gonna help, system would be compromised already. If user has already click and ran a malware, then virustotal only tells user that they got a malware, it doesnt offer any way to remove them. And if the signature of the file is not in VT database, there is also the time it takes to upload a 650mb file would take ages on slow upload bandwidth would certainly be orders of magnitude faster than downloading and a decent AV. TLDR:
If you are doing shit like this, better have a decent AV installed (but be fully aware that it wont save your butt all the time).

@LiamPerukistan, as noted, the extortion with "data" is simple scam. They would first need to prove to have any data in order to be believable. Usually they just have crypto key and email is burner. So if you have more concrete than those, then worry. Also, don't ever move work related data on your personal hardware or accounts. Thats rule #1 of data security.

Hello !! well is just like the tittle ... i make the mistake to dowload a cracked game " SC2 " and get a virus .... all my emails and accounts has been stolen (3 moths ago). I recover in a week some of them and my emails BUT i got a problem .... my university "email" was hacked and used to deliver more "fishing" email to a lot of people and i get some emails to me in the form of extortion , asking me for money or they gonna reveal my personal data ... I use to work for the Army in my country and i have "delicate" data that cant get me fired or with a good sue . They dont say they have this kind of data , just tell me "u see a lot of porn" (that is true  😞)    all their emails was in english (im from peru) just the last one in sunday was in spanish.
Im in problems ? they are bluffing ? they ask me $1280 butt that in my country is like 5 min wage payment in peru and im poor af beauce i just paid my collage payments .

Personally, I feel the KO sucks. I have the 3070 version and it's hot and loud. It seems like a riced up DUAL, which is the basic model.
 
I would def. get a 3-fan card over it if you have the opportunity and the price difference isn't that significant.
 
Plus the VISION looks sick.

Based on what I know I would get the VISION. Gaming performance should be about the same, but the 3 fan card is likely way cooler and quieter.

Don't dip the mousepad into the water...
Put the soap into a soapy water into a spray bottle or something, and spray onto the pad or microfiber towel.
Then use microfiber tower to wipe clean.
Of course, vacuum all the junk off first (e.g. food crumbs, skin, dirt nibs, etc).
 
I do that with my hard / cloth mousepads all the time.
Even the easy-to-scratch, and cloth interior parts of my cars.

Have you considered non 7.1 headsets so far? As long as the games you're playing support surround sound (e.g. Overwatch), it doesn't really matter. The headsets you mentioned basically convert 7.1 to 2.0 in their electronics. The actual game might have more information than it would output for 7.1, which might give you a clearer directional imaging.
However, consider the audio output capabilities of your games/software.
While some only have 2.0 audio output, other might have 7.1 output but no headphones surround and others might support surround sound for headsets.

No point in upgrading the CPU. You are better off saving up for a 2070 Super or 5700 XT

If it works fine or if you don't want more performance, then there is no reason to upgrade.

You should save your money and wait until the 4000 series are being cleared out. Your cpu is more than capable for what you do. On the other hand, you should certainly invest in a decent SSD before you upgrade anything else in your computer.

my laptop has a rx560x as discrete gpu ...and with this run residen evil 2 rkm at 60 fps at mid graf , apex at mid high at 60fps and Devil may cry 5 at 60 in high ....  for the price is a really good deal . i dont know how well can run all these with the integraded gpu in the pross... sorry

is a really good laptop , try to go for 2 rams for the dual channel , is a really good boots for amds processors ... 
the programs you use are more processor than the gpu? because is that the case maybe u gonna go for the Ryzen 7 ...when the laptop force to much a APU they sometime has a heat problems ...

i have 8 gb ram 2666 and can be upgraded , i hope the thinkpad of ur interest has dual channel and is gonna be a beast .
