Hello ! ! i need a little help  ... i already have a R5 2600x + 16gb Tforce 3200 + rx590 + M.board B450 Aorus M + 1tb hdd ... i get the pc in late 2018 , is a good time to upgrade ? or wait for a r4000 series with a b550 ? i use it for gaming and architecture design ( autocad / archicad / sketchup / lumion )

If it works fine or if you don't want more performance, then there is no reason to upgrade.

You should save your money and wait until the 4000 series are being cleared out. Your cpu is more than capable for what you do. On the other hand, you should certainly invest in a decent SSD before you upgrade anything else in your computer.
