Well, yes. But you can fix this with an added cooler, like the weird gaming ones that stick to the back. I would not do that with anything below an S23 if you want good performance and not just waste energy.
But yeah, if you wanna use it like folding@home, this will be stupid as fuck.
 
Edit: I tested the app on my Pixel 7 pro and it used an average of only 30% CPU and one project would have taken 180 days, it only works when charging too.

Dont take anyone serious if they dont even ask you what your system components are. As you didnt mention any of them. Start by listing those and reseating your CPU.

80c is not low, maybe cpu throttles and lowers ghz itself

Tweak your voltage curves. My first 5800X which was an earlier variant, that would also run extremely hot and require voltages like those. Curve Optimizer tweaking is pretty much a necessity with Zen3 chips.

Well curve optimizer is used for adjusting voltage curve of the CPU under various loads and frequencies. Its not a static voltage. It takes a while to tweak it but having lowest (highest negative curve) usually yields in more performance due to reduced thermal restrictions. PBO tweaking is optional but I would highly recommend it.

This looks more like NAND failure, rather than the NAND wear, from bugged firmware. But need more info. 
Usually SSD will go to the read only mode in case of the NAND failure, so you won't boot OS from it, but you should be able to get the data.
Run some liveCD OS, and copy it somewhere, if it's visible.

It’s just ML rebadged because ML has gotten old. Real AI doesn’t really need to be fed data it can infer from unknowns like people can. You still need to pump tons of data into these “AI” to get anything from them. Also none of them have passed the Turing test.
