Thunderbolt 4 connection b/w laptops

What happens when two laptops are connected with thunderbolt usb c to c cable? Can someone enlighten me with photos and videos? Like what will it show in windows 11 settings?

Well depend's on what you do with the laptops. you can usb thether from one to another and transfer files, but that it as far as i know.

you will NOT gain any performance.

It wont. The thing you are asking here (if its file transfers) was demonstrated recently but not out yet.

A) OP not asked for performance gains

B) Whatever you are describing there is not applicable to TB4.

Actually I wanna know what it will display here when connected. It's just for testing if my thunderbolt cable works but what if I just have 2 laptops with thunderbolt support and no thunderbolt peripherals.

Reddit helped me with something and I think it worked but slight issue 😅, can someone experts explain this behaviour?
