Actually my bad, I misunderstood the part about 990. If this was an regular consumer hw, it would still fall under samsungs warranty.

a week ago my PC suddenly frez, after I hard reboot it no OS where found

 

as the Samsung 990 dying news came out I checked the firmware, OK

 

Im just unlucky 9 weeks out of RMA or can I do something ? (no important data is lost)

If the drive is fully dead not really. You could see if Samsung will replace the drive. The worst they can say is no.

can you post screenshot from crystaldiskinfo of it?

This looks more like NAND failure, rather than the NAND wear, from bugged firmware. But need more info. 
Usually SSD will go to the read only mode in case of the NAND failure, so you won't boot OS from it, but you should be able to get the data.

Run some liveCD OS, and copy it somewhere, if it's visible.

Sorry for confusion but your drive is an OEM only drive, so I dont think it falls under these.

yep, NAND is dead. 

Hard to tell if it's becouse of FW bug, as no total NAND writes count
But the life is at 100%, so I would go for NAND failure, rather then NAND wear from buged FW.

Normally Samsung SSD go into a read only mode. This is the last chance to copy the data before they die.

People never go out of business.
