The Hyper 212 Plus and Hyper 212 EVO will be able to twist a little bit when it's completely mounted if you are applying the force to twist it. If it's moving at all on its own, though, that's not right. In that case, I'd double check to make sure everything is tightened and the right mounting parts were used.

If it turns out something is broken or missing, come find me or any of our other support members on Live Chat or in the ticket system through here. You can also hit up our Part Request system if you need just a screw or bracket or something like that covered under warranty.  (Note: This is for North America customers.
