Hello everyone! A little while ago, I couldn't find my mini-USB cable which meant I couldn't charge my calculator! Not long after, I discovered little wireless charging receivers which you can add to any device. Curious, I cut the end off of one and discovered that there was simply two power leads that went to the port!

That gave me an idea! I knew the metal contacts at the bottom of my TI-84 Plus CE are used for classroom charging stations. Since I have never once used a charging station, those contacts are being wasted! We can't have that can we?

Therefor, I took out my screw driver, pulled the calculator apart, and soldered the leads of the wireless charging receiver to the charging station contacts. I cut a bit of plastic shell in order to make everything fit, then I closed it up and it charged right off the bat!

This project is actually quite simple for those who are familiar with soldering. In fact I loved this project so much I did it to both my TI-84 Plus CEs without issue! I even published a tutorial if you want to see exactly how I did it or try it out yourself! https://youtu.be/yj8JJHb1ohc

It's quite nice not needing to find the uncommon mini-USB cable that comes with your calculator every time you want to charge it. With this mod you can simply throw the calculator on the wireless charger overnight alongside your phone! The calculator just thinks it's in a classroom charging station so it handles all the charging technicalities on its own!

U1 or Class 10 is about the sweetspot for price and speed for loading apps etc at the smaller sizes, usually 64GB or less.

As you have 4k video involved then you would benefit from the to step up to U3 I would guess. With U3 its a price thing so only you can say its fine or not. I would guess you are looking at $100+ for those sizes so we can't tell you if that is OK or not.

I can personally vouch for the build quality of Ducky keyboards.

My personal recommendation is the Ducky Shine, any iteration. All Ducky keyboards are well built, but the Shines are the ones that really feel well built. They've got a thick, solid plate of metal that the board and case are built around, and everything is really well put together -they even come with double-shot transparent-legend keycaps from 5 onward. Other than that they're really no-nonsense keyboards. The lighting is handled onboard, so you don't need any software running at all times to keep it from going into rave mode -just set and forget. Even has a detachable USB cable, mine is micro-USB but apparently the 7 switched over to type-C. The 7 also has a zinc alloy top panel. That... Would make me really want a 7 if my 6 wasn't capable of outliving me.

I did originally have a 4, but it had a disagreement with a glass of orange soda that I didn't notice for several hours, and it's now really unsure whether or not it wants to work at any given time. So, basically, you can murder someone with a Ducky, but be careful where the blood goes.

Yes, but 2-3 years ago. I was using Func with Cherry MX Blue. They were good, just too noisy.

How is Steelseries Apex 7? Other options are DasKeyboard X50Q, DasKeyboard 4Q and Logitech G513 (Romer-G switches). But I would probably want to avoid Romer-Gs since I found a lot of complaints.

Also I want to add to this is that I got it £50 cheaper than what the original price was which was £99.99 but I got it for £46.46 just if you do want to buy it I would buy it off amazon and in Black Friday because that’s when I got my one but it’s up to you @madeinos

Preferably I would go for the hyperx alloy FPS mechanical keyboard I use it myself and it’s probably my favourite keyboard of all time

get a nice air cooler like dark rock pro 4 or nh-d15 for the cpu and try to fill in as many of the case slots with fans as possible. ARCTIC have cheap good fans.
Also, everything @SavageNeo said above is valid, you need to get a better motherboard.
